The Wellness Summit held on 21 April 2009, was the second such event hosted by Hygeia HMO.
The first one took place on 23 January 2007.The intention was to bring together experts in a range of fields which impact on the wellness of body, mind and spirit to share information which would encourage the adoption of healthier lifestyles amongst the Nigerian public.
The following facilitators participated in what was widely regarded as a lively, interesting and informative event.

There was also an exhibitions section which featured other organisations offering products and services which could contribute to the wellbeing of delegates.
It is intended that Hygeia HMO will continue to run such events in the future.
