65,000.00 annual fee per person

The scope of services covered by HyAdvantage Plan includes:

-        Out-patient and specialist consultations

-        In-patient care (for covered medical & surgical conditions only)

-        Admission and accomadation in a two bed room.

-        Radiological, laboratory & diagnostic services

-        Physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation services

-        Minor surgeries & procedures

-        Intermediate surgeries & procedures

-        Antenatal care & delivery

-        Eye glasses (Biennially) or contact lenses (Annually) (Up to ₦25,000.00)

-        Dental care

-        HIV and AIDS care & treatment

Exclusions

The following are excluded from the HyAdvantage Plan:

  • Overseas treatment and transplant surgery              
  • Plastic/cosmetic surgeries
  • Major and complex surgeries and procedures
  • Intensive care services
  • Cancer care
  • Investigation and treatment for problems relating to fertility e.g.:
    hormone profiles, laparoscopy, hydrotubation,
    hysterosalpingogram IVF, GIFT, artificial insemination and virility enhancing drugs
  • Herbal drugs, non-prescription drugs/food supplements, experimental drugs and treatment
  • Dental care not listed under services
  • Home care, domiciliary care and ambulance services
  • Embalmment and autopsies
  • Joint replacements and prosthetic limbs
  • Long term psychiatric illness (exceeding 6 months)
  • Comprehensive health screening/well-person check
  • Treatment for newborns not registered on the plan within
    4 weeks of birth
  • Treatment of obesity
  • Speech disorders
  • Room upgrades beyond that specified in the plan benefits
  • Learning difficulties, behavioural and developmental problems
  • Consultations with unrecognised consultants, hospitals, family doctors, therapists, dental practitioners or complementary medicine practitioners
  • Neonatal care not listed under neonatal services
  • Incubator cases
  • Special baby unit care
